Rules, Internal Regulations and Code of Conduct

Avon Dassett Community Benefit Society Limited - Draft Rules
The model that we have chosen for the Society is as a Community Benefit Society registered under The Plunkett Foundation’s Model Rules. The model gives its members and directors the protection of limited liability. The model provides a guarantee that the assets of the Society will be used for the benefit of the community and cannot be disposed of for private profit.
